In some cases, due to some technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours for the money to reflect in your wallet. If the transaction has failed, the money is reversed to the source. However, if the balance is deducted and does not reflect in the wallet for more than 24 hours then it will be reversed back to the source account within 5-7 working days.
